Our crown joinery and panel workshop is equipped with two Anderson 3m x 1.5m 3 Axis CNC Routers, a Casadei Flexa 47 Edge Bander, a Table Saw, two Spindle Moulders, and a Planer. This gives us the ability to handle any joinery and panel working tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Using our CNC Routers, we are capable of producing intricate and precise cuts in a variety of materials. After cutting MFC and laminate products, using our Edge Bander, we can provide seamless edge finishing to ensure that your projects have a polished and professional look.
Our Table Saw, Spindle Moulders, and Planer allow us to shape and cut wood to your exact specifications and help with general joinery tasks when working on carcasses and other panel work.
We also maintain a comprehensive stock of panels in a range of thicknesses and sizes, including materials such as Egger U999 ST9 Black MFC, Egger U998 ST38 Shadow Black MFC, MDF, Spruce Ply, and Valchromat.
